Rastoni Athens Suites enjoys two prime locations in the heart of Athens. Our apartments on Skoufou and Tsatsou Streets are just a 5-minute walk from Syntagma Square (metro station), a breath away from Ermou Street and the picturesque neighborhood of Plaka. The National Garden is only 300 meters away, while the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, and the Odeon of Herodes Atticus can all be reached within a 10-minute walk.
Our two newest additions, Kolonaki Hideaway and Kolonaki Gardenview Suite, are situated in the elegant neighborhood of Kolonaki, just a short stroll from Syntagma Square and within easy walking distance of Lycabettus Hill, designer boutiques, museums, and some of Athens' finest cafés and restaurants.
Both locations offer excellent access to the city's most iconic landmarks, shopping districts, and cultural attractions. Guests can also enjoy a wide variety of dining options, from traditional Greek tavernas and Mediterranean cuisine to Indian delicacies and Japanese sushi, all within a short walking distance. Supermarkets, pharmacies, grocery stores, hair salons, and tourist agencies are conveniently located nearby, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Cancellation Policy - Non-Refundable rate: Full prepayment is required for this special rate. Upon booking the total reservation cost will be charged to your credit card (full prepayment). The reservation is non changeable and, in case of cancellation, modification or no-show the prepayment is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy - Flexible rate: The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price in the 21 days before arrival. Cancellation is free of charge provided that the cancellation takes place before the 21-day cancellation period. If cancelled or modified later, 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.

From the airport there are four ways to reach the apartment:
1.BY METRO: Take Metro Line 3 (Aghia Marina – Douk. Plakentias - Athens International Airport), which connects the Athens airport with the city center. Trains run every 30 minutes, 7 days a week from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. The trip from/to the Airport to Syntagma station (Athens centre) lasts 40 minutes. When you reach Syntagma Square, you are only 400m (5’ walking distance) away from the apartment.
The ticket costs € 10/adult and € 5 (reduced).   Altogether, that will take approximately 45 minutes (40’ the metro and 5’ walk from Syntagma to the apartment).
2. BY EXPRESS BUS X95:  Your second option is an Express Bus (Number X95 - tickets for adults cost 6.00€ and for children 3.00€), which you may take from the arrival area at the airport and brings you straight to Syntagma Square. From there our apartments are a 5’ distance on foot.
3. BY YELLOW TAXI: Grab a taxi at your exit from the arrival area (there are plenty of them waiting between Exit 2 & Exit 3). It's very important to have in mind that there is a fixed fare from airport to Athens (05:00-24:00 is approximately € 40 (depends on the number of the luggage) and 24:00-05:00 is approximately  € 55(depends on the number of the luggage too).
From Piraeus Port, the ride to Syntagma depends on the taxi meter. It is approximately €15.

Our standard check-in time is at 15:00 and our standard check-out time at 11:00 am.

For arrivals between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday), one of our hosts will welcome you at the entrance of the building, escort you to your apartment, and provide you with your keys.

For evening or weekend arrivals, as well as all arrivals at Rastoni Athens Suites at Kolonaki, detailed self check-in instructions will be sent to you before your arrival, including information on how to access your apartment and collect your keys from our automatic key collection system.
 

You can call or contact our team (text or email) anytime if you need any help or guidance during your stay.

All the apartments have a small kitchenette or a kitchen and are equipped with a fridge, a hotplate, an espresso machine, a toaster, a kettle as well as a set of dishes, glasses etc for the preparation of meals. They also offer facilities such as free Wi-fi, a flat-screen T.V set, air-conditioning and heating, a fan, a security door and a hairdryer.

In every apartment there are detailed instructions for the safe use of the electrical appliances that can be found inside the rooms.

Inside the rooms you can find a list with many good restaurants, bars, and shops near the area as well as recommended activities that you can try during your stay.

In the area there are many Parking services that we can suggest. Please contact us directly for further information.

Rastoni Athens Suites offers complimentary luggage storage from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, at the address that will be provided to you before your arrival. For further details, please feel free to contact us directly.

Please note that Rastoni Athens Suites Kolonaki unfortunately does not offer luggage storage. However, we would be happy to recommend nearby paid luggage storage facilities for your convenience.
All rooms in the apartments are non-smoking. There are though some apartments with private balconies, were guest can smoke freely.
